Karmic project

good deeds. Rewarded.

The Karmic Project’s mission is to develop tools to connect people and resources with charitable ideas and action.  Through our technology and programs, we help people to give back to their communities in a direct and transparent manner. We dream of a social network that isn’t about you, but about what the social network can do for everyone that contributes to it. A place where good deeds are rewarded and encouraged.

“A social network that isn’t about you, but us.” – Sova, Founder

It’s not about “likes” or “views” or anything online at all! It’s about the power of people coming together, in the real world, and solving the problems and needs of our communities, our regions, and hopefully the world. Everyone from a child as young as 5 to the most experienced Octogenarian should be empowered to not only easily participate but lead and see their efforts make a difference where they feel change is most needed.

The Vision of the karmic project

people no longer work to live, but live their lives as a community

no one is left behind, everyone’s basic needs are met by the community

money and power is replaced with a social currency driven by contributions within the community

production and growth is driven by creativity and need to share, not greed

private property exists to serve the community, or remember the past, not control otherS

Philosophy

the KARMIC MODEL

The core concept of the Karmic Project and tribal socialism is the promise to “Give what you can and get what you need.”

When a group of people come together with this promise and they fulfill it, it removes fear, violence, and uncertainty about the future.

This principal can only stand on the four pillars below;

KARMIC IDENTITY

The first pillar of tribal socialism is that of Karmic Identity.  Everyone in the tribe is known to each other and has a role and purpose in the tribe.

KARMIC CONTRIBUTION

The second pillar is that each member of the tribe should contribute anything they can to the rest of the community. This can be skills, experience, knowledge, creativity, or physical resources and property.

KARMIC DISTRIBUTION

The third pillar is that within the tribe and community all resources (including skills and experience) are publicly tracked and distributed. This enables everyone to understand how contributions are rewarded and use of resources allocated in an equitable and consistent manner.

KARMIC HISTORY

The fourth and final pillar is all social contributions and transactions are recorded and available to all for viewing.  There is no anonymous participation or transactions within the tribe as these lead to mistrust, fraud, and theft, and hording from the community.
